Colleague: How to Remove a Benchmark Hold

Body

Person Restricted (PERC) is the form that shows a restriction/hold on a student’s account.  Faculty will be able to remove a hold due to a benchmark.  A benchmark hold is placed on a student’s account when a student has achieved 15, 30, 45, or 60 credits. The hold should be removed after the student is advised, allowing the student to register for courses.  The benchmark hold can also be removed by faculty through SPRO.  Note: Other restrictions/holds (e.g. financial, academic warning/restriction/dismissal, etc.) must be referred to the appropriate office.

This knowledge article demonstrates how to access, view, and remove a benchmark hold using the PERC form.
