Students
- Technical assistance with my grades, discussion board, assignments, assessments
-  Why can't I see my courses?
   a. Courses are not available until 4 days prior to the start-date of the course
   b. Dropped for non-payment
   c. Received an 'NA' grade for non-participation
   d. Enrolled in a noncredit course that does not use Blackboard
   e. Disabled in error


Faculty/Staff
- Technical assistance with grade center, discussion board, assignments, assessments, content collection, archive/restore
-  Why can't I see my courses?
   a. Blackboard course site has not been created
   b. Faculty have not been assigned to a course as instructor on record in Colleague
   c. Staff has never logged into Blackboard and needs to access a site (ie, Peak Registration, eOrganization)
