Meeting spaces must be secured in advance by requester prior to submitting a service request. Please add 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown to your meeting space start and end times. Service requests must be submitted a minimum of 3 business days prior to your meeting date.
Meeting areas not available for scheduling via Outlook must be scheduled through Auxiliary Services and Event Management located at Annex-B.
