Occasionally end-users may experience a technical issue with web conferencing software provided by the College.
Please use this request to submit a ticket for any of the following types of issues:
- Trouble joining a meeting
- Problem with audio or video
- Loss of connectivity

- Students (Microsoft Teams currently not available; limited licensed PGCC-Zoom accounts)
- Faculty
- Staff
How do I submit my request?
