Web Conference Issue

Overview

Occasionally end-users may experience a technical issue with web conferencing software provided by the College.

Common Issues:

  • Trouble joining a meeting
  • Problem with audio or video
  • Loss of connectivity 

Who is eligible to submit this request?

The form is available for use by students, faculty, and staff to report issues with the following:

  • Microsoft Teams
  • Zoom

How do I submit my request?
