Email issue with Outlook Client, Office365, or Owl Mail


Microsoft Outlook is the client desktop version of email and Office 365 is the web version. Prince George's Community College offers email service as one of the primary methods of communication for employees and students enrolled in a credit course, a course using Canvas, or enrolled in a cross-listed course.

Please use this request to submit a ticket for any of the following types of issues:

  • Employee email account issue
  • Student email account (Owl Mail) issue
  • Office 365 web email system issue
  • Outlook Client email system issue

Who is eligible to submit this request?

The request form is available for use by students, faculty, and staff.
