Email issue with Outlook Client, Office365 or Owl Mail

Overview

Microsoft Outlook is the client desktop version of email and Office365 is the web version. Owl Mail is accessed via Office365. Prince George's Community College offers email service as one of the primary methods of communication for employees and students enrolled in a credit course, a course using Canvas, or enrolled in a cross-listed course.

Please use this request to submit a ticket for any of the following types of issues:

  • Employee email account issue
  • Student email account (Owl Mail) issue
  • Outlook Client email system issue
  • Office 365 web email - major system issue affecting several users
