Overview
TeamDynamix is an enterprise service management solution. The solution includes a Service Catalog branded "askPGCC" for submitting requests across College locations, a knowledge base for helpful articles, and TDNext which is the back-end ticketing application that receives requests generated from the service catalog. The service catalog is accessible by logging in with a myPGCC user account.
Users must be signed in to askPGCC in order to see all of the services in which access has been granted.
Here are common types of requests:
- TeamDynamix account was created as a Customer instead of a Client
- Employee is also a student and can no longer access employee permitted services in the askPGCC Service Catalog
- Existing employee status changed and the employee's TeamDynamix access level needs to be modified
- Remove or add employee from TDNext user group
- Account user is unable to access askPGCC knowledge articles in which they should have permission
- Employee, TDNext user is not receiving ticketing notifications
