askPGCC Access (TeamDynamix/TDNext)

Overview

This service is NOT intended for reporting issues with myPGCC SSO, Owl Link, Owl Mail, Blackboard, or other system issues.

askPGCC is the College's branding for an enterprise service management solution offered by TeamDynamix. askPGCC includes a service catalog for submitting requests for services across College locations, as well as a knowledge base. The service catalog is accessible by logging in with a myPGCC user account.

TDNext is the back-end ticketing application that receives requests generated from the service catalog. Designated employees are granted access to ticketing applications.

Users must be signed in to askPGCC in order to see all of the services in which access has been granted. 

Please use this request to submit a ticket for any of the following types of issues:

  • Network account did not synchronize with askPGCC
  • Account user had a name change that was officially processed by PGCC
  • askPGCC account was created as a Customer instead of a Client
  • Employee is also a student and can no longer access employee permitted services
  • Existing employee status changed and the employee's askPGCC access level needs to be modified
  • Remove or add employee from an askPGCC ticketing or user group
  • Account user is unable to access knowledge articles in which they should have permission

Who is eligible to submit this request?

The request form is available for use by students, faculty, and staff. Information provided in the request will be used for verification of identity.

How do I submit my request?
