Report IT System Outage (Emergency)

Overview

This service is to report major system-wide technology outages affecting the larger community of users and not intended for reporting individual issues related to system access. Report all other issues through the appropriate service within the Service Catalog.

Please use this request to submit a ticket for any of the following types of outages affecting a large group of users.

  • Colleague
  • myPGCC
  • Owl Link
  • Email system
  • Phone system

Who is eligible to submit this request?

The form is available for use by students, faculty, and staff to report major outages.

How do I submit my request?
