Report IT System Outage (Emergency)

This service is to report emergency system-wide technology outages affecting the larger community of users and not intended for reporting individual issues related to system access. Report all other issues through the appropriate service within the Service Catalog.

 

Examples of an IT System Outage:

• Colleague is not accessible to a group of users or all employees

• Owl Link is not accessible to a group of users or all employees/students

• Email is not accessible to a group of users, all employees and/or all students

• Telephones are not working for a group of users or all employees

 

Select the green “Report IT System Outage” button on the right side of the screen.
