Comments & Suggestions about askPGCC and Special Support to Internal Business Partners

We value your feedback. If you have any comments (negative & positive) or suggestions, we'd like to hear them.  Your comments will be used to help improve the quality of our services and as a resource in implementing change.

This service will also be used to temporarily intake special password support and Service Desk site visit requests from our PGCC internal business partners. For password support, please ensure the people in your groups have received email from the college indicating their account information, as well as, have attempted account log in without success. This service is intended for groups larger than 5 people. In the description field of the request, please indicate the name of your program, the amount of people in the group to be supported and the reason for the requested support. Your request must be received 30 days prior to your scheduled group session. Please do not send groups of people to our IT walk-in locations, such as the Technology Service Desk and Open Computer Labs.

Please use this request to submit a ticket for any of the following:

  • Provide overall feedback
  • Group password assistance
  • Group site visit at the Technology Service Desk

Who is eligible to submit this request?

  • Students, faculty and staff can submit feedback.
  • Only internal business partners can submit a request for special password support and site visits for groups.
