Overview
The Technology Training and Multimedia Development team trains or coordinates training delivery/development for employees (faculty and staff). Please note that training on the solution may also consist of directing you to on-demand resources as a part of a lesson plan to help you gain proficiency in certain technologies. Also, please note that one-off "how do I" type questions about a technology is considered technical support and should be directed to the appropriate service category in askPGCC.
Please use this request to submit a ticket for any of the following types of services:
- Ellucian/Colleague On-Demand Training Subscription License - Once a license has been issued, he/she will gain access to the Ellucian's training contents that the college has purchased.
- One-on-one or group training on an approved PGCC technology
Who is eligible to submit this request?
The request form is available for use by faculty and staff.
How do I submit my request?
