Google Chrome: How to Enable Adobe Flash

Background

In 2017, Adobe announced its plan to end support for Flash at the end of 2020. Since then, many websites and web browsers have begun phasing out their use of Flash in favor of newer technologies such as HTML5. Google has disabled Flash by default in Chrome beginning in version 76, meaning in order to use a website that requires flash, you will have to enable it every time you launch Chrome.
