The AutoPick feature finds and selects the next available time for your meeting attendees. This feature is extremely helpful if you're scheduling a meeting with several attendees. The feature makes it easier to find the next available free period for your list of attendees.
This knowledge article demonstrates how to use the AutoPick feature.
Step 1
After selecting/entering your meeting attendees and location, click Scheduling Assistant.
Step 2
Click the Options drop-down menu.
Step 3
Highlight AutoPick then click Required People.
The AutoPick feature finds and selects the next available time for the attendees.
Step 4
Click Appointment to show the appointment/meeting screen.
Step 5
When finished, click Send to complete the meeting request.
