Step 1
Double-click the askPGCC icon on your desktop.
OR access askPGCC from the Portal after successful log in.

Note: Articles that are not Public will require you to sign into myPGCC. If Sign In appears in the upper right corner instead of your name, you are not signed in myPGCC.
Step 3
Click the Search field then type in your search criteria then press Enter.
The search results are displayed.
