askPGCC: How to Search askPGCC for Microsoft Office 2016 Training Resources

You can find Microsoft Office 2016 resources within askPGCC.  There are numerous knowledge articles for Microsoft Office available to you in askPGCC.

This knowledge article demonstrates how to search askPGCC for Micrsoft Office 2016 resources.

Step 1

Double-click the askPGCC icon on your desktop.

OR access askPGCC from the Portal after successful log in.

Step 2

Note: Articles that are not Public will require you to sign into myPGCC. If Sign In appears in the upper right corner instead of your name, you are not signed in myPGCC.  

Step 3

Click the Search field then type in your search criteria then press Enter.

The search results are displayed.
