Description
Windows 11 includes Copilot, which is Microsoft's AI-powered assistant integrated into the operating system. Microsoft 365 Copilot is accessible from within the apps you already use every day—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Think of Copilot as a helpful team member who can draft documents, summarize emails, create presentations, and analyze data for you.
When to Use
-
The web Copilot is like a librarian who can tell you about any book in the world. It's like asking a smart friend on the Internet for help. It gives you general answers, explanations, and quick information.
-
The work Copilot is like your teacher’s helper who knows only your homework, notes, and class projects. Both are smart, but the teacher’s helper knows what’s important just for your class. Similar to asking a friend who knows your job and your files. It works with your PGCC emails, documents, meetings, and data—securely inside Microsoft 365—so it can draft, summarize, or organize using your work.
