Owl Link Overview

Description 

Owl Link is accessible through the myPGCC Portal and provides users with the ability to view, access, and complete a variety of employment-related and student-related activities. (i.e. Banking Information, Course Search, Enrollment Verifications, Financial Aid, Grades, Graduation Overview, Student Finance, Student Planning, Tax Information, Update User profile, and so much more….)​​​​​​​

When to Use: Use Owl Link through the myPGCC Portal to manage tasks such as updating personal information, viewing payroll and tax details, and accessing student-related information like grades, course planning, and enrollment verification.

Training Delivery Method(s) 

  • Instructor Led

To enroll in any of the instructor-led courses, go to Cornerstone and select "Browse for Training" under the Learning tab, or visit the TTMD Technology Training page to view upcoming session dates. ​​​​​

Who Has Access?

  •   All Staff

How to Access Owl Link?

 Access this system within the Employee Apps section of the myPGCC Portal.  

  1. Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/     
  2. Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"  
  3. Scroll down to view "Employee Apps"  
  4. To launch Owl Link, select Owl Link icon.
