Description
Colleague is PGCC's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software platform. It provides applications for various administrative functions, including student information, human resources, and financial management. Essentially, it streamlines campus processes, unifies data, and offers a centralized platform for students, faculty, and staff to access information and interact with the institution.
When to Use: Faculty, staff, and students use Ellucian Colleague to view and manage important academic and administrative information such as course schedules, grades, financial aid, and employee services. It is the primary system for performing tasks like registration, updating personal records, and accessing institutional data at PGCC.

How to Access Colleague?
Access this system within the Employee Apps section of the myPGCC Portal.
- Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/
- Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"
- Scroll down to view "Employee Apps"
- Select
to launch Colleague.
Additional Resources
As a college employee, you have access to Ellucian/Colleague On-Demand Training Subscription License. Submit an askPGCC request to get the license needed to gain access to extensive self-paced online training resources from Ellucian.
