Microsoft Forms Overview

Description

Microsoft Forms is a web-based application that allows users to create and share online surveys, quizzes, polls, and other types of forms. It is part of the Microsoft 365 suite of tools and is designed for collecting feedback, measuring satisfaction, and testing knowledge. Users can customize forms with various question types, themes, and branching logic, and then analyze the results using built-in charts and reports. 

When to Use: Microsoft Forms is a versatile tool for creating and distributing surveys, quizzes, polls, and other types of forms. It's ideal for gathering feedback, assessing knowledge, and organizing information in various settings like education, business, and personal projects.

To enroll in any of the instructor-led courses, go to Cornerstone and select "Browse for Training" under the Learning tab, or visit the TTMD Technology Training page to view upcoming session dates.

How to Access Microsoft Forms?

  1. Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/     
  2. Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"  
  3. Click on the "App Launcher" (Waffle Icon) on the top left-hand corner of the site to access Forms
    (NOTE:  If the app icon is not listed, Click "More apps" icon then on "All Apps" link to find the appropriate application)
