Microsoft Teams is a unified communication and collaboration platform within Microsoft 365, designed to facilitate teamwork and communication. When to Use: Microsoft Teams is best used for real-time collaboration, communication, and file sharing within a team or organization. It's ideal for tasks like group chats, project discussions, scheduling meetings, and co-authoring documents.

To enroll in any of the instructor-led courses, go to Cornerstone and select "Browse for Training" under the Learning tab, or visit the TTMD Technology Training page to view upcoming session dates.

How to Access Microsoft Teams?
- Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/
- Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"
- Click on the "App Launcher" (Waffle Icon) on the top left-hand corner of the site to access Teams
(NOTE: If the app icon is not listed, Click "More apps" icon then on "All Apps" link to find the appropriate application)
