Description

Microsoft PowerPoint is a presentation program used to create slideshows with text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements. It's a part of the Microsoft Office suite and allows users to organize information into slides, making it a popular tool for presentations in various settings, including business, education, and personal use. 

When to Use: Microsoft PowerPoint is best used for creating visual presentations, like slideshows, to convey information in a clear and engaging way. It's commonly used in business, education, and other settings to enhance presentations with text, images, charts, and other multimedia elements.

How to Access Microsoft PowerPoint?

  1. Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/     
  2. Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"  
  3. Click on the "App Launcher" (Waffle Icon) on the top left-hand corner of the site to access PowerPoint
    (NOTE:  If the app icon is not listed, Click "More apps" icon then on "All Apps" link to find the appropriate application)
