askPGCC Overview

Description

AskPGCC is the client portal for submitting requests for technical assistance. It includes a knowledge base of various self-help articles, including software overviews, common technical issues, and other resources.

When to Use: Utilize the askPGCC ticketing system to select the appropriate service category and subcategories to create and submit your technology service request to various Data Science, Innovation, and Effectiveness (DSIE) Teams.

  • All Staff

How to Access askPGCC?

Access this system within the Employee Apps section of the myPGCC Portal.  

  1. Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/     
  2. Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"  
  3. Scroll down to view "Employee Apps"  
  4. Select askPGCC icon to launch askPGCC.

Additional Resources

  • Search existing categories of the askPGCC Knowledge Base to get help on specific topics or enter “key terms” using the search feature within the askPGCC portal.  For further assistance, reach out to the Technology Service Desk 301-546-0637 (ext. 60637).
