Password & Account Management Overview

Description

The Password & Account Management is an application for managing your PGCC SSO (single sign-on account). It allows you to change your password as well as manage the way you access MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) through email and/or phone.

When to Use: You will use this app to make changes to your MFA methods and change or update network password.

How to Access Password & Account Management?

  1. Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/     
  2. Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"  
  3. Scroll down to view "Employee Apps"  
  4. To launch Password & Account Management, Select Password & Account Management Icon
