Dynamic Forms Overview

Description 

Dynamic Forms allows non-technical users to take any paper-based form and quickly build a secure, interactive, electronic form that can be published to your SIS portal or outside website.  

When to Use: 
Use Dynamic Forms when you need to turn a paper form into a secure, interactive online form that can be easily completed, signed, and submitted.

    • NOTE:  If you or members of your team are interested in enrolling in a course or course collection, complete the course request form.  Dynamic Forms (DF) offers online courses to help administrative users learn the various aspects of DF. Courses are grouped into collections based on content and audience.

To enroll in any of the instructor-led courses, go to Cornerstone and select "Browse for Training" under the Learning tab, or visit the TTMD Technology Training page to view upcoming session dates. ​​​​​

Who Has Access?

  • Select Staff

How to Access Dynamic Forms?

  1. Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/     
  2. Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"  
  3. Scroll down to view "Employee Apps"  
  4. To launch Dynamic Forms, Select Dynamic Forms icon
