Cornerstone: From Course Search to Career Growth
Description
Cornerstone is one of PGCC's Learning Management Systems (LMS) used for faculty/staff performance management and professional development. Faculty/staff use it for the performance management process as well as registering for PD events or taking self-paced training. Content in this system provides access to a wide range of subjects, including technology, business, and leadership.
When to Use: Use Cornerstone to access professional development, complete required trainings, and track their learning progress at the college. It serves as PGCC’s central platform for employee learning, compliance training, and performance management.

To enroll in any of the instructor-led courses, go to Cornerstone and select "Browse for Training" under the Learning tab.

How to Access Cornerstone?
Access this system within the Employee Apps section of the myPGCC Portal.
- Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/
- Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"
- Scroll down to view "Employee Apps"
- Select
to launch CornerStone.
