AD Astra Overview

Description

AD Astra is an application that provides academic scheduling and room reservations. It is PGCC's resource for booking classrooms and labs as well as classrooms for meetings and events. The registrar and academic departments also use it for enrollment management.

When to Use: AD Astra is used by faculty and staff to request and reserve classrooms, labs, and conference rooms for classes, meetings, and special events. It helps ensure that spaces are scheduled efficiently and without conflicts. Faculty and staff can submit room requests through the system and view availability in real time.
