Viewing Profile Pictures in Colleague

ERP Applications & Solutions has added a Profile Pictures feature to Colleague. The photos are securely sourced from the PGCC ID card database. If a profile picture is not displayed, it means the individual has not yet taken their ID card photo (after taking PGCC college ID photo, it takes 24-48 hours for the profile picture to update and display). Below are the steps on how to use this new feature in Colleague.

  1. Log into Colleague  (If you need access to Colleague please submit an (AskPGCC ticket)
     
  2. Click on the “Search for a Person” icon

  1. In the search bar you can type the person name or Colleague ID number and press enter.

  1. The Student/Staff record will display

If the mnemonic displays a Student/Staff context record, their profile picture will also be visible (ex, NAE). Please note that access to mnemonics requires a specific security class assigned to your user account.
