The "Canvas and More Site" is a resource available to faculty to keep up on all the latest news and resources including direct access to the following:
- Announcements: Catch up on important updates with archived emails from eLearning over the past year.
- Faculty Guides: Dive into step-by-step tutorials, guiding you through the ins and outs of Canvas and other tools
- Faculty Training: Discover valuable insights into training sessions provided by eLearning and our trusted vendors.
- Faculty Channel: Immerse yourself in our Panopto-based video library, spanning a wide array of topics. Let these videos introduce, inform, and inspire you as you, in turn, inspire your students.
- eLearning Blog: Find articlesabout technology, pedagogy, answers to commonly asked questions, and more. If you have suggestions, please feel free to send us a comment.
- Support: Find information on accessing 24/7 Canvas support and direct assistance from eLearning.
While a public version of the site is available, we encourage faculty to self-enroll in the site to receive email notifications for new blog entries and other resources. Here are the directions for enrolling (registering) for the site:
1. Access Canvas through the mypgcc portal.
2. Select the Courses icon that appears on the left hand side. (Hint - It looks like a book.) and in the window that pops up scroll down to the bottom and choose All Courses.

3. Select Browse More Courses.
4. You should see the following course in the list: "Faculty: Canvas Learning & More". Click the + Join The Course button.

Once you enter the website, the home page will provide you further direction on resources.
