How to Accept, Reject, and Electronically Sign a Faculty Contract

The instructions below will show faculty how to accept or reject contracts.


Step 1

Log into Owl Link.

 

Step 2

Select the Daily Work menu icon.

Step 3

Select Faculty from the dropdown menu.

Step 4

Select Faculty Contract.

Step 5

Select Current Contracts to view unsigned contracts.

Step 6

Select the applicable semester.

 

Arrow point to the Spring 2022 Semester option.

Step 7

Select view on the contract you wish to accept or reject.

Step 8

Scroll down the page to the bottom of the contract.

The contract split into two parts with the bottom half on the top.

 

Step 9

To Accept the contract.

  1. Check the box, I affirm that I have reviewed the contents and terms of this contract.
  2. Select Accept.

To Reject the contract.

  1. Add comments to the Comments (for Rejection Only) section.
  2. Check the box, I affirm that I have reviewed the contents and terms of this contract.
  3. Select Reject.
