Microsoft Word: How to Convert Microsoft Word Document to Adobe PDF

STEP 1: Open the document/file you would like to convert to PDF.

           Then click the “File” tab.

STEP 2: Once open, select “Save As” from the list on the left.

STEP 3: Once on the “Save As” screen, from the drop down menu,

             select where you would like the PDF to be saved.

STEP 4: Next, select what type of file you would like the document saved as by clicking the dropdown arrow on the right side of the “Save as type” box, and select “PDF (*.pdf)” from the dropdown menu.

STEP 5: At this time, you can change the filename.

           Once you are ready to save, click the “Save” button.
