myPGCC Portal: How to Edit User Permissions

If a user's permissions require editing, follow these steps to adjust permissions.


Step 1

Using the latest version of Internet Explorer, navigate to the site, select the gear icon in the upper right of the page, then select Site Settings

Navigate to gear then select Site permissions

 

Step 2

Select Site permissions from within the Users and Permissions category on the page.

Select Site permissions

Step 3

Select the user's name then select Edit User Permissions.

Step 4

Select the new level of permission for the user, then select the Ok button.

Select the new permission level then select Ok

Step 5

Verify that the user has the new level of permission and notify the user if necessary.

Verify accuracy of new level of permissions
