Step 2 of 2 – Request Ellucian On-Demand Training Subscription License

Steps to request an Ellucian on-demand training license. An Ellucian Hub account must be obtained before a license can be requested.

Once your Ellucian Customer Center account is created, you will need to request access to an Ellucian on‑demand training license.

1. Submit an askPGCC Technology Training ticket to request an Ellucian on-demand training license.

2. Once you receive an email stating that the license is approved, you will be able to access the assigned training courses. 

3. The training license operates on a rotating basis and is assigned to you for a limited period of time. During this period, your training progress will be monitored by the training team. The license may be reassigned to another staff member after a set timeframe, or sooner if little or no training activity is completed. 

4. Once you have completed the training, email your results to your supervisor so they can request Colleague access.
