How to confirm your multi-factor delivery methods?

Section 1 – Confirming “Phone” as website Login Default OTP Method

  1. Go to my.pgcc.edu (myPGCC Portal)
  2. Enter your PGCC Username & Password then click Login
  3. Click on Password & Account Management tile under the Student or Faculty & Staff Portal

  1. Click on Multi-Factor Delivery Methods link, Confirm “Phone” as the Website Login Method.

Section 2 – Confirming/Updating the registered phone number

  1. To confirm your current registered phone, click on Registered Phones from the Account Management screen.  Make sure the listed phone is your valid phone number that can receive the OTP (One-Time Passcode).

Only do the below steps if the phone number needs to be updated:

First, click on Add new phone link and follow the steps on the screen.  Once you successfully added, click on Remove under the Action field to delete the invalid phone number.
