How to confirm your multi-factor delivery methods?

Section 1 – Confirming “Phone” as website Login Default OTP Method
- Go to my.pgcc.edu (myPGCC Portal)
- Enter your PGCC Username & Password then click Login
- Click on Password & Account Management tile under the Student or Faculty & Staff Portal

- Click on Multi-Factor Delivery Methods link, Confirm “Phone” as the Website Login Method.

Section 2 – Confirming/Updating the registered phone number
- To confirm your current registered phone, click on Registered Phones from the Account Management screen. Make sure the listed phone is your valid phone number that can receive the OTP (One-Time Passcode).

Only do the below steps if the phone number needs to be updated:
First, click on Add new phone link and follow the steps on the screen. Once you successfully added, click on Remove under the Action field to delete the invalid phone number.
