Accessing Scheduled Zoom Courses (Alternative Method)

  1. In your preferred web browser, navigate to my.pgcc.edu

 

  1. Click on “Faculty Portal,” enter your login credentials, and provide the required MFA code when prompted

  1. On the portal page, scroll down and click on Zoom

 

  1. You should see your upcoming courses that you scheduled in Zoom from within Canvas.

 

  1. Click on the course.  It will open to the Details tab of the scheduled course Zoom session.  Find the “Invite Link” then click the copy button symbol at the end of that link address.


 

  1. You can now paste the link in an email and send it out to your course’s respective students.
