Description
Microsoft Outlook is an email application included with Microsoft 365. It is PGCC's official email system and all faculty/staff are provided with @pgcc.edu account. It is used for email communication as well as calendar management and task tracking. It is also used for booking conference rooms which fall outside of classrooms.
When to Use: Microsoft Outlook is a versatile tool primarily used for managing emails, calendars, contacts, and tasks. It's a popular choice for both personal and professional use, offering features like email organization, calendar scheduling, and file sharing. Outlook helps users stay organized, productive, and connected by providing a centralized platform for managing various aspects of their digital life.

To enroll in any of the instructor-led courses, go to Cornerstone and select "Browse for Training" under the Learning tab, or visit the TTMD Technology Training page to view upcoming session dates.

How to Access Microsoft Outlook (Employee Mail)?
- Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/
- Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"
- Click on the "App Launcher" (Waffle Icon) on the top left-hand corner of the site to access Outlook
(NOTE: If the app icon is not listed, Click "More apps" icon then on "All Apps" link to find the appropriate application) or
- Scroll down to view "Employee Apps"
