How do I reset myPGCC password

1. Go to my.pgcc.edu 
2. Select Forgot Password?
3. Enter your username, then select Continue 
4. If a second authentication was set-up, you will receive via text or email a One Time Passcode (OTP) to enter
5. Enter your OTP, then, select Continue
6. Enter New Password and Confirm Password then, select Continue
7. You should see Self-Service Action Successful then, click “Continue logging in” 

How to update your PGCC College-Issued laptop with your new myPGCC password

1. After resetting your password, log in to your College-issued laptop using your old password.
2. Make sure the laptop is connected to your wireless network
3. Connect to the GlobalProtect VPN with the new password
4. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete
5. Select the Lock option
6. Press Enter
7. Enter your New password when prompted
8. Restart the laptop
9. Log in to the laptop using the new password
