Blackboard Login Issues

Bb Login issues:

Enterprise Technology has updated the new myPGCC (https://my.pgcc.edu/) Single Sign-on (SSO) portal, which will be your central location to access technology applications! Using myPGCC SSO portal will allow you to reset your password, recover your account, and manage account security settings while providing a centralized login system. Once you have completed the enrollment steps, you will have a single password for applications and the freedom to reset your password without having to contact the Service Desk. Mobile app:

There is a known issue with the current version of the Blackboard mobile app with the new myPGCC login.  We have been in touch with the vendor and will be communicating to campus community as soon as we have a resolution.  

In the interim, please use the mobile browser (Chrome for android devices and Safari for iPhones) for your mobile device interactions until the issue is resolved.  Go to my.pgcc.edu and login using your Owl Link Username and Password, then select the Bb icon to get to Blackboard.

On time passcode:

If a user does not know their password and gets stuck where it asks for a one-time passcode but they cannot get it sent to them because they have not registered and entered their non-pgcc email or phone number.  

If you are being asked to enter a one-time passcode without the option of selecting your non-pgcc email or mobile phone to receive it, please call eLearning services at 301-546-0463 or the Technology Service Desk at 301-546-0637 to get a one-time passcode.
