Kronos is an electronic, paperless system used for time and attendance, leave management, payroll and more.
The Using the InTouch Clock job aid shows how to navigate and use the InTouch Clock. You can access the job aid by scrolling down to the Attachments area, located below the Related Articles section, and selecting the PDF entitled Using the InTouch Clock to download it or click View to view it.
There are three (3) terminals on the Largo campus in the following locations:
- Facilities/Police Building
- LSC
- Natatorium
Employees in the following areas will use the InTouch terminals to punch in and out daily excluding breaks:
- ASEM
- Campus Police
- Facilities
Note: Extension Center Security and Event Staff will log into a computer to punch in and out. Refer to the How to Login and Logout and How to Clock In and Out from Your Desktop knowledge articles in the Related Articles section.
