Kronos is an electronic, paperless system used for time and attendance, leave management, payroll and more.
This knowledge article demonstrates how to submit a time off request in Kronos.
Step 1
Click Show Menu.

Step 2
Click the My Info tab, navigate to My Time > Time Off > Request.

Step 3
In the Time Off Type field, select the type of time off you wish to take.

Step 4
Click the Start Request button.

Step 5
In the Request Type field, select the method that matches how you want to enter the days and times of your request.
- Full Day: A single date, all scheduled or standard hours.
- Multiple Days: A date range with a set number of hours per day.
- Partial Day (Bulk): A single date with a set number of hours.
- Partial Day (Start/Stop): A single date where the start and end times are set.

Step 6
In the Date, Time and/or Hours fields, detail the time you wish to request then click Submit Request.

Step 7
Click OK to close the confirmation message.
