myPGCC Portal: How to View Employee Financial, Tax, Leave, and Job Info Using Owl Link

This knowledge article provides the steps for viewing your various options (if applicable) under the Employee category of Owl Link, which includes access to items such as:

  • Tax Information
  • Earnings Statements
  • Position History
  • Total Compensation Statement
  • Banking Information
  • Leave
  • Stipend History

Step 1

Log in to the myPGCC Portal (my.pgcc.edu) by selecting Faculty and Staff.  Login with your @pgcc Username and Password.

Step 2

Under FACULTY & STAFF PORTAL, click on the Owl Link Icon.

Click on Employee category.

Choose from the options listed below to review as needed.
