Description
Zoom is a cloud-based video conferencing platform that enables online meetings, webinars, and live chat. Users join virtual meeting rooms with video, audio, and screen-sharing capabilities through a web interface or mobile apps. Employees access their college-issued Zoom account through the Employee Apps section of the myPGCC Portal.
Goals
- Equip employees with the skills to host effective, engaging, and secure virtual meetings.
- Promote consistent virtual meeting etiquette and best practices.
- Support educators in leveraging Zoom for active, inclusive learning.
