Your first login to the myPGCC Single Sign-on (SSO) portal requires a one-time enrollment using your non-PGCC email or mobile phone number to uniquely identify you and ensure a secure login to applications. The non-PGCC email or mobile phone number used for enrollment will be used for future password resets and account management on the myPGCC SSO portal.
Follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1. Go to my.pgcc.edu.
Step 2. Login with your username and password. Username does not include @pgcc.edu (e.g., jsmith123). Click Login.
Step 3. On the "Self Service Enrollment page", first time users will need to select a non-PGCC email or mobile phone number as your preferred option for enrollment to verify your account for future password reset and myPGCC portal account management, then select Continue.
Step 4. On the "Enrollment" page, enter your current password and your non-PGCC email or mobile phone number, as requested, then click Continue.
Step 5. A One Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent to your selected method: non-PGCC email or mobile phone number to validate your identity for login.
Step 6. Once enrolled, you will receive the following message:
Click “Continue logging in”
Step 7. You will see the myPGCC page. Select your desired application.
