Data Changes and Approvals

The role of the Data Stewardship Committee is to collaborate across all areas of the college to review, recommend and resolve issues related to the implementation of systems and processes to ensure the accuracy, validity, and appropriateness of institutional data and assist in setting priorities and deliverables in accordance with the College’s Information Technology security guidelines. Requests to change data within business systems, such as, but not limited to, Business Objects, Colleague, and Ad Astra requires approval through the committee. Most requests will receive a response within 3 business days. Select the green “Request Service” button on the right side of the screen.
