The Photo Album feature makes creating a slideshow super-easy, with intuitive menus and dialog screens. Create a digital photo album in PowerPoint and save the presentation to use as an online digital photo album. Photo Albums automatically do all the work for you.
This knowledge article demonstrates how to use the Photo Album feature in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Step 1
On the Insert ribbon, click Photo Album and choose New Photo Album....

Click File/Disk....
Step 3
Locate the photos, select the desired photos and then click Insert. Note: Hold down Ctrl then click to select each photo OR to select a number of adjacent photos, click to select the first photo then hold down Shift and click the last photo. All the photos between the first one clicked and the last one will be selected.
Step 4
Click Create.
A new presentation with a photo album has been created.
