Colleague: How to Access and View a Student's Test Scores

Faculty can use the Test Summary (TSUM) form to review students' placement test scores to see how students were placed into math, English and ESL courses. This is a view-only form. This knowledge article demonstrates how to access and view a student's test scores using the TSUM form.


Step 1

After logging into Colleague Production and agreeing to the Disclosure of Information, click the Form Search icon, if necessary then type TSUM and press Enter or click Search.

Step 2

Type name, ID number or SSN of student then click OK.  Best practice: partial name lookup.  For example, owllink, bar.

Step 3

If there are multiple records, select the desired record by double-clicking the row or clicking the row then clicking Open.

The student’s test scores will be displayed.
