TerminalFour (T4): Training Plan

Description

TerminalFour (T4) is the Content Management System (CMS) used to maintain and publish content on the College’s public-facing website.

Goals

• Designated staff will be equipped to create accessible web content using the T4 CMS.
• New users will receive necessary onboarding to update the College website.

Learning Objectives

• Navigate the TerminalFour interface to upload and edit web content.
• Implement accessibility best practices (headers, alt-text, descriptive links) within the CMS.

Training Delivery Methods

• On-Demand: Self-paced training course on creating accessible content in Terminalfour located in Cornerstone.

• Personalized Training: Available through the Communications Web Team and UVS for new staff requiring access.
