Ellucian is the company that provides Colleague, our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Colleague serves as a centralized platform for managing key institutional functions, including student records, financial information, human resources, and financial aid.
Before you can access Colleague, you must complete the following trainings within the Ellucian Academy:
- Get Started with Colleague Navigation (Colleague Core)
- Introduction to Colleague Navigation, Features and Functionality for SaaS (Colleague Navigation).
Each training takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Once you complete the training courses, you will also need to complete the Colleague Navigation, Features, and Functionality Quiz. These courses and the quiz require an Ellucian Customer Center account.
Follow the steps below to request your Ellucian Customer Center account:

Go to: https://www.ellucian.com/customer-center. Choose Create an Account.
2. On the Account Registration page:
- Enter your @pgcc.edu email address. Then, confirm the email address again on the next line.
- Click I'm not a robot.
- Click Submit
After you submit your request, you will receive an email similar to the one below directly from Ellucian with your username and a blue Activate button. Press the Activate button to complete your account creation.
NOTE: The account creation process may take several days to complete. You will need to wait until your account has been activated before proceeding to Step 2.
Step 2 - Request Ellucian On-Demand Training Subsciption License
