Training Delivery Methods
Online Synchronous (Zoom) - During the open enrollment period, the Total Rewards unit within Equity, Culture, and Talent (ECT), in partnership with external providers, offers multiple Zoom sessions for PGCC faculty and staff. This annual window is your opportunity to review your current benefits and make any necessary changes for the upcoming fiscal year. During these sessions, ECT and our healthcare partners provide a comprehensive overview of the benefit options available at PGCC, helping you make informed decisions about your health and wellness coverage. If you have any questions about your benefits, you may contact the HR Department, the insurance carrier, or the Benefits Hotline at PSA Insurance & Financial Services. PSA is a consulting firm chosen by PGCC to assist with the administration and selection of your benefit plans. PSA can be reached at 1-877-716-6618.
