When to Use: Microsoft Word is best used for creating, editing, and formatting various types of documents, particularly when advanced features like complex formatting, collaboration tools, and detailed editing are needed. It's a versatile tool suitable for both personal and professional use, from writing essays and reports to crafting resumes and business correspondence.

How to Access Microsoft Word?

  1. Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/     
  2. Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"  
  3. Click on the "App Launcher" (Waffle Icon) on the top left-hand corner of the site to access Word
    (NOTE:  If the app icon is not listed, Click "More apps" icon then on "All Apps" link to find the appropriate application)
