Description 

School Dude is a ticketing system that promptly alerts the appropriate team of issues related to repairs and maintenance of college equipment and buildings. 

When to Use: Use School Dude to report, track, and manage campus maintenance requests. This tool helps staff submit work orders and monitor progress, ensuring a safe and well-maintained learning environment.

How to Access School Dude?

Access this system within the Employee Apps section of the myPGCC Portal.  

  1. Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/     
  2. Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"  
  3. Scroll down to view "Employee Apps"  
  4. Select School Dude Tech Support application icon to launch School Dude.

  • New User Account for SchoolDude:  click on the down arrow on Never Submitted a SchoolDude Request? Register Here! to create an account. NOTE: Registration will be completed after you submit your first request. New users are not saved until their first request has been submitted. 
  • Access FAQs and Recorded Training by visiting the MaintenanceDirect help site  (NOTE:  Select the appropriate UserRole under Table of Contents to narrow down the search topics)
