Description 

Navigate is a software platform used by PGCC to foster student success by improving support, collaboration, and communication. Students can make appointments with their Success Network (Advising, Financial Services, Tutoring, Student Services, Student Life and more!), receive updates on important to-do items, and explore majors options available at PGCC.

When to Use: Faculty and staff use Navigate at PGCC to connect with students, schedule advising or support appointments, and help guide students through important academic and campus resources to support their success.

Training Delivery Method(s) 

To enroll in any of the instructor-led courses, go to Cornerstone and select "Browse for Training" under the Learning tab, or visit the TTMD Technology Training page to view upcoming session dates.

  • Select Staff

How to Access Navigate? 

  1. Navigate to https://www.pgcc.edu/     
  2. Click "myPGCC" then select "Faculty and Staff"  
  3. Scroll down to view "Employee Apps"  
  4. To launch Navigate, Select Navigate application icon

Additional Resources

For Staff and Advisors: See the set of tools on the Navigate Resources site to help equip staff and advisors to efficiently support and engage with students through the platform. Communication tools such as Emailing Students and Texting Students make it simple to connect with students in real time. Calendar Sync Instructions and Creating Appointment Availability ensure that schedules are up to date and accessible for students. Monitoring tools like Referrals (Ad Hoc Alerts) and Progress Reports help proactively track student performance and provide timely interventions. The Staff Appointment Center and Personal Availability tools assist with managing appointments, while the Staff Homepage and Staff Searching for Students features offer streamlined access to student information. Collectively, these resources enhance advising efficiency, promote collaboration, and strengthen student success.
